Ingredients : (For 6 People)
- 2 salt herrings
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
Method :
- Soak the herrings in cold water for 12 hours, dry them, and remove skin and bones.
- Cut into narrow strips and arrange in a dish.
- Mix the vinegar with the sugar and pepper and pour over the fish.
- Garnish with the chopped onion.
