- 1/4 lb. of minced beef
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of potato flour

Method :
- Put the beef three times through the grinder, mix with the butter, breadcrumbs, potato flour, and the milk, and season with salt and pepper.
- The mixture should be quite smooth.
- Shape into very small balls, and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
