Dill Sas (Dill Sauce)

Mix 1 tablespoon of hot butter with 2 tablespoons of flour, without browning, and add gradually 1 pint if hot stock.
Season with 2 tablespoons of dill-salt, or fresh dill when available, 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a little salt.
Stir well and finally add 1 yolk of egg, previously mixed with a little of the sauce.
