Dikke Melk (Thick Milk)

This is practically the same as most of the fres cheese made from sour milk. The cream is skimmed off the milk before it sours and kept in a cool place. The milk is kept in a warm in a warm place till it becomes solified, and is then put in a cloth or a piece of muslin to drain off the water, for about 12 hours. It is served with the cream, sugar, and powdered cinnamon.
