Ingredients : (About two dozen brownies)
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2/3 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and nuts.
- Set aside.
- Combine the oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add to the dry ingredients.
- Do not overmix.
- Spread in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
