Flojlsgrod (Velvet Porridge)

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cup of butter 3 pints of milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • salt

Method :
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and add gradually the boiling milk and water, stirring continously.
  2. Season with a little salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. This is eaten with fruit juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
