Ingredients :
- 2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of butter 3 pints of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- salt
Method :
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and add gradually the boiling milk and water, stirring continously.
- Season with a little salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- This is eaten with fruit juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
