Revbenspjall (Roast Ribs Of Pork)

Take 3 lbs. of ribs of pork, rub them well with salt, pepper, and mustard.
Brown in hot fat and, when well browned, add 1 pint of stock or water and roast in the oven for about 2 hours, basting frequently.
Strain and skim the basting and serve very hot.
Prunes are served with roast pork.
