This is typically Slav dish and is found in all Slav countries. It consist of fruit juice, thickened with a little potato flour. This is added to a light syrup made with sugar and water. The mixture is stirred continously over a slow fire till it is easily detached from the sides of the pan. It is then put in a glass dish and, when cool, put on ice. It is served with cream and sugar.
