Citron Kram (Lemon Cream)

Ingredients ;

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 yolks of eggs

Method :
  1. Mix the sugar, wine and grated rind of lemon, the lemon juice, and the yolks of eggs in a saucepan, and simmer, stirring continously, till the cream begins to thicken.
  2. Remove from the fire and continue stirring till the cream is cool.
