Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions :
- Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
- Beat in sugar until well blended.
- Stir in oil, chocolate and vanilla.
- Blend well.
- Sift and add dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread in buttered 13-by-9-by-2- inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool and frost.
