Zuurkool Met Versche Worst Of Suacijsjes (Sauerkraut With Fresh Sausages Or Midget Sausages)

Ingredients :

  • 2 1/2 lbs. of SAUERKRAUT
  • 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
  • 3/4 lb. sausages
  • salt

Method :
  1. Wash the sauerkraut thoroughly and boil for 30 minutes in 1/2 pint of water with a little salt.
  2. Add the peeld and sliced potatoes and the sausages, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, till the potatoes and sausages are cooked.
  3. White beans are sometimes used instead of potatoes.
