Cheese Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions :
  1. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Add milk, oil and cheese and stir well.
  3. Knead dough with some extra flour on a smooth surface, roll out with rolling pin.
  4. Cut dough with a cookie cutter or top of a glass.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
