Banana Nut Crunch Bread

Ingredients : (Makes 1 large loaf)

• 3/4 cup water, at room temperature
• 1 cup mashed banana
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Tbs butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
• 3 Tbs honey
• 2 Tbs instant nonfat dry milk
• 2 cups POST BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions :

1. For best results, all ingredients should be at room temperature.
2. Add ingredients in the exact order listed and prepare the bread dough according to the specific manufacturer' s directions for the machine used.
3. For best results, use light crust/sweet dough setting if available.
