Almond Bark Candy

  • 1 lb. white chocolate
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. almonds, chopped


  1. Melt chocolate until smooth.
  2. Add raisins and almonds.
  3. Pour onto wax paper - this will be a thin candy.
  4. Let cool then break into pieces.

Holly Candy

  • 34 lg. marshmallows
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. green food coloring
  • 4 1/2 c. corn flakes
  • Red hots


  1. Melt shortening, oleo, vanilla and food coloring in saucepan.
  2. Stir in corn flakes.
  3. Drop onto waxed paper.
  4. Sprinkle with red hot for holly berry effect.

2-Minute Fudge Candy

Ingredients : (Makes 36 Square)

  • 1 lb Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c Cocoa
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 tb Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1 c Nuts, chopped

Directions :
  1. In a 1-1/2 qt. casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (it will be too stiff to blend thoroughly).
  2. Put butter over top in center of dish.
  3. Microwave at high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  4. If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
  5. Blend in nuts.
  6. Pour into a lightly-buttered 8x4x3" dish.
  7. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 20 to 30 minutes in freezer.
  8. Cut into squares.

Almond Joy Fudge Candy

Ingredients : (Makes 36 Pieces)

  • 2 (12oz). pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 (14oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp.Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups.(16 pieces) mini Almond Joy Candy Bars, cut into ½ inch pieces

Directions :
  1. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Line with enough wax paper to overhang 2 sides by 2 inches.
  3. In pot, combine chips and milk over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly,until mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Cool 1 minute.
  6. Stir in candy bars.
  7. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
  8. Refrigerate until firm,at least 2 hours.
  9. Use wax paper to help remove from pan.
  10. Peel off paper, then cut into squares.
